Two representatives, Megan O'Halloran and Kate Heinemann, from Safe Food Production Queensland will be available throughout the day and during the dinner to answer questions. This will be a great opportunity to talk with members. If anybody requires assistance with applying for accreditation on the day, they will have the appropriate forms and information.

The venue is
Hill Of Promise Winery, 8 Mango Hill Drive, Childers QLD. 4660.
This is a lovely little working winery.
We will be guests of Mary and Terry Byrne. We will have our usual format meeting style
during the day with a return to the winery for an evening meal with a Sicilian flavour and wine tasting.
The area is not heated so make sure you have something warm for this time of year.
A competition will be run for best recipe or dish of jade or silver perch.
The first prize donated by BIG Nutrition www.bignutrition.com.au
$1,000.00 CASH goes to the winner. Plus a trophy and a Hill Of Promise wine prize, donated by Bruce Sambell.
The competition is open to anyone. Entry is free for full members. Entry fee for associate members is $25.00. Non members, $100.00

Associate member $140.00 per person
Dinner only (For the partner) $72.00 per person

                  Mark Oliver representing Condabilla and LMC training has been confirmed and will entertain us with information and advise on “Connecting with Asia”.                   Mark will share some of his own experiences dealing in the Asian market and also the pitfalls to avoid.
